_- Search and download Tenders published by Govt. & Pvt. Companies from internet and other sources._
- Scrutiny of all the Tenders for company feasibility and profitability._
- Study all the details of the Tender NIT i.e. Technical details, Commercial details, Terms & Conditions, etc._
- Costing, preparation of Technical Bid, Price Bid and other necessary documents mentioned in the Tender NIT._
- In case of E-Tender, preparation of all the necessary documents and upload them online before due date._
- Follow up and proceedings for getting the Purchase Order from the Customer._
- After receiving the Purchase Order, check all the details of the PO with the Techno-Commercial Offer submitted. If there is any discrepancy in the PO, do the needful for rectifying it._
- Make Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) as per the format given in the PO/Tender NIT; co-ordinate with Account Dept for its process in the Bank & after receiving it, send it to the Customer._
- Preparation of Technical Annexure, and prepare the Sales Order._
- Update all the details of the Purchase Order in the Tender Report Sheet._
- Co-ordination with Drawing Dept for getting drawings of respective PO._
- Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and then send the drawings and QAP to the Customer for their approval; follow up for getting approval as early as possible._
- After receiving the Approved drawing & QAP from the Customer, submit it to the Production Department for manufacturing._
- Communicate with Production Dept for the status of manufacturing & coordinate with Customer for delivery of the material._
- Preparation of all the documents for Third Party Inspection and then_
- co-ordination and its execution effectively._
- Co-ordination with all the Departments for effective completion of the order so that there is no LD (Liquidated Damage) charges and in case of LD charges, find its cause and further solution._
- Check whether all the details in the Invoice are as per PO and then send it to the Customer for getting Road Permit._
- Co-ordination with Despatch Dept. for despatch of the material._
- Mail despatch details of the material to the Customer, track material delivery status online & co-ordinate with the Customer to confirm that the material has been received by them._
- Co-ordination with Foundry Dept, Drawing Dept & Testing Dept for getting all the Test Certificates of respective PO._
- Preparation of Guarantee Certificate, Letter for Payment; submit them with Invoice, Test Certificates and other despatch documents to the Customer._
- Follow up for payment to the Customer; outstanding payment collection and follow up._
- Co-ordination with Customer and Service Dept. if there is any service problem._

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Tender Executive: 2 years (preferred)
- Tender Documentation: 2 years (preferred)
