**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate and monitor sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales support tools.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales processes and understanding of sales principles and techniques.
