**What we're looking for**:
A chargeback domain expert with fintech experience and in-depth understanding of the risks associated with the industry. Someone who is passionate and positive about what they do, eager to make a difference and naturally takes ownership of projects and initiatives through to completion.
**As a Chargeback Manager, you will be**:
- Lead and supervise a team of chargeback analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence
- Build robust processes to manage & minimize the risks associated with chargebacks
- Investigate and analyze complex chargeback claims & handle escalations
- Manage comprehensive reporting of chargeback & team metrics
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality, ensuring adherence to banking regulations and company policies
- Keep yourself abreast with changes/ updates from schemes, regulations & industry best practices
**You are a great fit if you have**:
- 8+ years in chargeback roles within in-depth knowledge of chargeback processes & industry best practices
- Proven leadership and management experience and can scale operational teams efficiently and effectively across multiple countries
- Worked in the BFSI/ fintech industry and have experience of supporting business/ operations
- A passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult challenges
- A strong work ethic, good organisational skills and are highly productive
- A positive attitude and bring out the best in people around you
