**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- The Guided Buying SME role Transformation. It involves management of the Kyndryl Guided Buying user experience in SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass as well as Hands Free solutions.
- As SAP Ariba Source to Pay Solution is deployed across Kyndryl globally, the SME plays a key role in the simultaneous deployment of Guided Buying in those regions and as well as the migration of Kyndryl Hands Free solutions to the new platform.
- Once S2P has been deployed in a region, the product owner drives workload reduction with aggressive buy channel deployment to support hands free / no touch buying and continuous improvement of Guided Buying.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Solid procurement process knowledge, specifically, experience with e-Sourcing and use of sourcing project templates.
- Experience with catalog processing.
- Experience with template administration.
- Experience working with data models and data relationships.
- Strong desire to learn, especially Kyndryl business segments, along with the SAP Ariba product suite.
- Ability to bring requirements to life in the system via strong communication skills, procurement process knowledge.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience with SAP Ariba ideal.
- Experience working with JSON ideal.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated and work well with other groups.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.

Bachelor's Degree
