**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, marketing materials, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Assist in the creation of video content, including editing and post-production using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
- Support the design team with various tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
