JOB DESCRIPTION OF LOADER
Purpose:
This position is responsible for ensuring maximum load ability and smooth flight handling for the assigned Product.
- JD:
- Responsible for loading activities carried out at warehouses / aircraft.
- Ensuring and assisting in smooth cargo operations
- Responsible for handling cargo based on the nature and sensitivity of its contents.
- Responsible for loading cargo inside the aircraft holds safely so as to avoid damages of aircraft.
- Responsible for handling flight documents as and when required.
- Responsible for delivery of shipments to customers at warehouses.
- Be aware of and comply with his / her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.
- Conduct cargo operations in accordance with applicable regulations and standards as laid down in this manual.
