Roles and Responsibilities of Administrative Officer
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
- Maintaining trust databases
- Place orders for office supplies and manage stock levels
- Maintain regular reports on expenses and budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Maintain a filing system for trust documents that are important and confidential
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Keep office policies up-to-date
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Organize travel and accommodations for trust members
- Organize events both inside and outside the company.

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator with 3 to 5 years of experience
- A solid understanding of office procedures is required
- Office management software experience (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)
- A strong sense of organization and a problem-solving attitude are essential
- Communication skills that are excellent both in writing and verbally
- Details matter
- A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications in office administration are preferred
- Experience working in a non-profit organization is an advantage

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
