**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to improve financial performance.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
- **Accounting Support**:

- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports as required.
- Present financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions.
- Forecast cash requirements and optimize cash management strategies.
- Coordinate with treasury functions to ensure adequate funding.
- **Audit and Compliance**:

- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Implement best practices for risk management and internal controls.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Finance or related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
