**UX and UI Designer**

We are seeking a passionate and talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape captivating and user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business objectives and user feedback into visually appealing and functional designs. From conceptualization to implementation, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality, playing a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**User-Centric Design Development**: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and gather user feedback. Utilize insights to create designs that prioritize user needs while aligning with project objectives.

Visual Prototyping: Utilize Figma to transform concepts into tangible assets. Develop interactive prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups that effectively illustrate the user journey and interface functionality.

Design System Implementation: Translate requirements into comprehensive style guides, design systems, and patterns. Establish a consistent design language across the product to ensure cohesive user experiences.

UI Element Crafting: Design intuitive input controls, navigation components, and information displays that enhance usability. Develop UI elements that contribute to a seamless and engaging user experience.

Problem Solving: Identify potential UX challenges, including responsiveness and usability issues. Analyse and troubleshoot these challenges effectively to enhance the overall user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and management teams. Communicate design strategies, iterate based on feedback, and align design decisions with project timelines.

Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback, usability findings, and usage metrics into the design process. Continuously iterate and refine designs to improve user satisfaction and overall experience.

**Deliverables**:
**Original Graphic Elements**: Create custom icons, sketches, and tables that enhance the visual appeal and user-friendliness of the interface.

Your role as a UX/UI Designer is instrumental in shaping the digital landscape of our products. By combining user insights, creative design elements, and technical feasibility, you will contribute significantly to delivering intuitive and visually captivating experiences. Your dedication to refining designs based on real-world feedback will drive the continuous improvement of our user experience.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
