**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect and Identify Sales Opportunities**:

- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations and Product Demos**:

- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight features and benefits to customers.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales performance metrics and report progress to the Sales Manager.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring swift resolution.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to improve the customer experience.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and product launches to stay updated on company offerings.
- **Territory Management**:

- Manage sales activities within a designated territory.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategies by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry].
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field environment.
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
