**Job Purpose**

The purpose of this job is to drive GPS culture in customer supply chain function and work with teams to drive GPS framework implementation in various work procedures and drive continuous improvement projects across verticals of CSC through Robotic process automation (RPA) and digital data analytics (DDA).

The role is also responsible for driving governance for various business projects, Audit compliance and risk management in CSC area.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop deep understanding of work procedures across verticals within Customer supply chain
- Lead GPS framework development and deployment across verticals and provide relevant trainings to team members
- Partner with Regional GPS team to drive GPS culture maturity, assessment of improvements and drive change management across verticals
- Partner with vertical leads to drive process improvement projects in day to day operations
- Drive Go-Digital agenda for CSC and collaborate with IT and Solutions team and ensure improvements in process automation, reduction in Manual controls and improved performance.
- Partner with Business teams to Map New product launch Network, in alignment with Quality, Technical, Manufacturing and Planning teams and drive governance.
- Lead Risk identification and Management for CSC in areas of EHS, Quality, Integrity, Warehouse Safety, custom broker management etc and work with Solutions team to drive governance and closures as per timelines
- Partner with Internal Audit and compliance team, Quality assurance team to agree on Management responses and CAPAs in W&D vertical and drive intime closures.
- Lead Cost to serve initiatives in under Go-Digital agenda and contribute to long term business objectives
- Drive monthly governance on overall cost to serve and partner with PSC finance and ensure correct business reporting.

***Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required**

**A. Educational Background**

1. Minimum Level of Education : Master’s degree

Area of Specialisation : Supply Chain and/or Business Administration

2. Preferred Level of Education : Master’s degree

Area of Specialisation : Supply Chain and/or Business Administration

**B. Job-Related Experience**
- Understanding of various Supply chain verticals and interlinkages on those to business objectives
- Advanced Excel/ Power BI tools understanding required
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to pull together multiple data sources to reach decisions directly impacting business
- Ability to connect and influence multiple stakeholders across various disciplines including finance, quality, technical, production & planning to drive performance.
- Continuous improvement mindset to drive supply chain performance.
- Experience on the usage of SAP SCM modules shall be a plus
