**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping**: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- **Invoice Processing**: Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Address any discrepancies or issues with invoices promptly.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Provide support during the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor and track company expenses, including employee reimbursements and credit card transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing documents, organizing financial records, and responding to inquiries from other departments or external parties.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors to resolve accounting-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- **Compliance**: Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance role is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
