**Company Description**

TGT Fuel Technologies is a compressed natural gas service company with ten years of leadership in CNG technology and over fifteen countries served worldwide. We provide top-of-the-line CNG dispensers to both high volume dispenser jobs and single unit jobs. We are looking for an AGM Operations to join our team in New Delhi.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an AGM Operations in New Delhi. The AGM Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of, and implementing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in, our manufacturing, purchasing, planning, and customer service departments. The AGM Operations will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet quality and production objectives, and for conducting annual performance reviews.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or business administration
- 10+ years of experience in an operations management role, with at least 5 years at the AGM level
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on knowledge of production processes and procedures
- Experience in developing strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality and customer satisfaction
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including purchasing, planning, customer service, and manufacturing departments
- Excellent knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
