Greenhouse Supervisor (Expat)

Position: Greenhouse Supervisor

Location: Oman

, Expatriate

**Salary**: OMR 450 - 500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Water Chemistry: Monitor and manage water chemistry to ensure optimal growing conditions for crops.
- Crop Health: Supervise crop health management, including disease and pest control.
- Transplanting & Planning: Oversee the transplantation of crops and plan for plantation and harvest.
- Plant Nutrition & Supplement Management: Manage plant nutrition and supplements to enhance growth and yield.
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Implement and oversee IPM strategies to control pests and diseases.
- Equipment Management: Utilize and maintain greenhouse equipment such as GH mobility tools, fogging trolleys, germination racks, and seeding machines.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in greenhouse management or a related field.
- Education: Professional degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or a related discipline.
- Age: 30-36 years old.
- Skills: Strong decision-making abilities, hands-on experience in greenhouse management, and a deep understanding of plant health and nutrition.
