**Job Description of Customer Care Executive**
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities includes but are not limited to**:
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Take Follow ups and Feedbacks to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Improve Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
**SKILL REQUIREMENT**
- One year of previous customer service experience required/Freshers can also apply.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Graduate or Bachelor’s required.
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Must have availability to work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,224.16 - ₹25,252.32 per month
