Operation Manager

Team management: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of service staff. This involves hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising the team to ensure they provide excellent customer service.

Customer service: You will need to interact with customers, handle their inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that the cafe maintains a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Shift coordination: As a supervisor, you will oversee shift changes and ensure a smooth transition between staff members. This involves effectively communicating with employees, managing break schedules, and ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.

Training and development: You will play a key role in training new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the menu and customer service standards. Additionally, you may provide ongoing training and support to existing staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Health and safety:You will need to ensure that the premises and equipment are clean and well-maintained, conduct regular inspections, and educate staff about safety procedures.

Collaboration: As a supervisor, you will collaborate with the cafe's management team to develop strategies for business growth, marketing initiatives, and improving operational efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
