Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop innovative shoe collections for various markets, including casual, athletic, and formal footwear.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for prototypes.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and textures that meet design and quality standards.
- Present designs to management and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine concepts.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and consumer preferences to inform design direction.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase new designs and gather market insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field from FDDI or an equivalent institution.
- Strong knowledge of shoe construction, materials, and leather technologies.
- Proven experience in shoe design (internships or previous roles preferred).
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD programs).
- Excellent understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹10,009.14 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
