We are looking for motivated Release Administrators to join our Business Technology group and help build out our new Release Management team. Release Administrators are team players who excel at understanding multiple technical systems and are always looking for opportunities to learn and improve our processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute deployment scripts, both automated and manual, on various SaaS systems including Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, etc
- Engage with developers and product teams on deployment activities
- Provide feedback to engineering teams about deployment issues and required fixes
- Ensure alignment to defined processes and provide feedback for process improvements
- Identify process deficiencies and recommend appropriate improvements
- Identify opportunities to automate and recommend potential solutions
- Required to work US hours as part of an on call release rotation

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience working with SaaS systems, especially doing configuration management, system administration, or release management
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and being part of a deployment team
- Experience building intake workflows and requirements documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and competing priorities
- Proficient in technical documentation and building documentation for end users
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment with sensitive data, especially with SOX systems
- Experience with ticketing systems and approval tools, such as Jira or ServiceNow

**Nice to Haves**
- Salesforce Administrator certification, or experience with Copado
- Experience with Workday, Netsuite, and/or ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Go or Bash
- Automation experience with SaaS products
- Experience with SaaS APIs or SDKs
