We are seeking an experienced and resourceful client services coordinator to oversee the day-to-day relations with our clients. The client services coordinator will be responsible for collecting information on how to best serve clients. You will report directly to senior management and work closely with different role players, e.g. teams within the organization, vendors, and customers.

**Client Services Coordinator Responsibilities**:
1. Attending client meetings to establish their needs.

2. Create plans to address clients’ business needs.

3. Schedule regular meetings (for Feedback) with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services.

4. Create and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations, HR, Management) to discuss/provide clients’ needs

6. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.

7. To resolve any issues that arise, to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.

**Client Services Coordinator Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Computer skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project management software, e.g. Trello.
- Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization may be strongly desired.
- A professional and friendly demeanor.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
