As a Private bank Life Insurance and Annuity Specialist you you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. The
**Private Bank Life Insurance and Annuity Specialist** (Associate) will support the Private Bank Life Insurance and Annuity Product Owner, Business Development, and sales teams across the products for the Private Bank.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support all aspects of the Life Insurance and Annuity Business in the Private Bank
- Work with Life Insurance and Annuity team to understand business needs, define short term and long term needs
- Support implementation of operating model and process/system evolution across both products for the Private Bank - documenting processes, creating training / support materials
- Facilitate change-management and syndication discussions with key stakeholders from each product
- Create materials for discussions needed
- Develop, establish, and maintain best practices across functional groups and product groups
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance & Supervision and governance to ensure policy and procedures are consistently up-to-date

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- CA/MBA with 4+ years of experience
- Prior experience required in project/product management in financial services
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint (VBA and Tableau a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong ability communicating with internal and external stakeholders and senior management
- Excellent communication skills and poise giving presentations, especially to senior management
- Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management
- The ability to be a dynamic member of a team
