Location: Munchungput, KD Peta, Paderu.

Salary : Upto Rs. 23000/-(Based on the previous salary)

Travel - Upto 4500/
- Qualification: Graduation / PG (Preference to Social work/ Socialogy)

Experience: 1 year NGO Sector (Preference to Health sector experience)

Key responsibilities:

- Visit the Household contacts of Index TB Patients and conduct screening and identify the symptomatic and asymptomatic
- Initiate TB Preventive treatment for the Asymptomatic and adherence for 6 months
- Coordinate with the National TB Elimination Programme staff at Tuberculosis Unit (TU) which is located at Block level
- Record the details of household contacts, their LTBI status and eligibility for TPT after thorough assessment
- Maintain all recording and reporting formats as per project requirements in MIS
