**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Collaborating with web developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality websites
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of website designs
- Using design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Figma to create visual elements
- Creating design elements such as graphics, icons, and images for use on websites
- Ensuring that websites are optimized for usability and user experience
- Staying up-to-date with the latest web design trends and best practices
- Conducting user research and testing to gather feedback on website design
- Creating and maintaining design guidelines and style guides
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and content creators, to ensure that website designs meet business requirements and project timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web design.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong experience with web design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Figma
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of responsive design and web development best practices
- Experience with user research and testing
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

**Education and Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in web design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,141.04 per month

**Benefits**:
