**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
Building up and leading the “Testing Team” and “Support engineers” at offsite & onsite.
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
Responsible for Product Testing (Manual testing, Auto testing, Load/Performance Testing)
Adherence to standards and procedures related to test script development, testing methodology and documentation (Test case, Test procedures and Test report)
UAT with customer
Training/Providing Demo to customers.
Update Product user manual (as per latest release)
Resolution of all operational issues of the users for the current solution deployed at the customer premises as reported by customers.
Coordinate with L3/Dev. Team for resolution/fixing of issue in the product
Adherence to all the operational procedures/processes
Interact with customer and stakeholder regarding the resolution of issues.
Regular weekly/monthly review meeting with customer stakeholder to review overall operational support performance

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**
Must be well versed with Load testing (J-meter/ Loadrunner).
Strong Mobile app testing knowledge (Appium/ Robotium), API testing (SoapUI/ Postman).
Strong working knowledge of bug reporting tools like JIRA/Bugzilla.
Must have worked on automate tools for testing.
Exposure to use of automated testing tool (like Selenium/QTP) would be a plus.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA would be preferred.
8-10 years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
