- FAT & SAT of process and equipment units
- Flow and flexibility calculations.

A Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and overseeing various training and development activities within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure that employees receive the necessary training and skills to perform their jobs effectively and meet organizational goals.

**The job**:
**Roles and Responsibility**
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating training programs collaborating with various departments, scheduling training sessions, and tracking training progress.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring that they are scheduled at convenient times and locations for employees.
- Source training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources, to support the training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training, including attendance, completion, and certifications. Ensure compliance with training requirements and regulatory standards.
- Communicate training schedules, objectives, and expectations to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Use learning management systems (LMS) to update, track, and manage training initiatives and employee progress.
- Create training reports and dashboards and share them with stakeholders.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Undergraduate, preferably in communication
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Training
- Proficient with LMS/any tool and data management
- Proficient in intermediate Excel
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
- Creative skill to promote/publish courses
- High coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global organization and with a global team.
