Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Job description

We are seeking a "Consultant - Cockpit SME" which may potentially convert to a full-time role with a multinational medical devices company.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business / functional requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements and Cockpit configurations.
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flows to support the development and implementation of Cockpit solutions.
- Cockpit Tool Administration and Configuration:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide visibility into system status and metrics.
- Implement and manage Cockpit plugins and extensions to extend functionality as needed.
- DevSecOps Integration:

- Ensure seamless integration of the Cockpit tool with other DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Git, and others.
- Support CI/CD processes using the Cockpit tool.
- Work closely with DevSecOps teams to understand their requirements and optimize the Cockpit tool usage within the DevSecOps pipeline.
- Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Cockpit tool best practices and usage.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cockpit tool configurations and integrations.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Cockpit tool and DevSecOps environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Cockpit tool administration and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Extensive experience with the Cockpit tool administration and configuration.
- Proven experience in a DevSecOps environment, with a good understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Skills:

- Knowledge of GxP, ISO 13485 and Medical Device Software (SaMD) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and user guides.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Cockpit tool administration or related disciplines.
- Experience with other monitoring and management tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
