**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes are carried out in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Monitor production equipment and machinery, scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the training and development of production workers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Address and resolve production issues and challenges, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to optimize production efficiency and output.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on production activities, equipment status, and staff performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct production workers to achieve production goals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production issues.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in manufacturing, production management, or a related field is a plus.
