**Responsibilities**:

- **Creating Technical Drawings**: Using AutoCAD software to create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or diagrams based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or project managers.
- **Drafting Plans**: Developing 2D and 3D models and plans for structures, machinery, products, or components with precise measurements and dimensions.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with engineers, architects, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate concepts into accurate drawings.
- **Revision and Modification**: Reviewing and revising drawings based on feedback and incorporating necessary modifications or changes to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and specifications.
- **Maintaining Documentation**: Organizing and maintaining drawing files, documentation, and records to ensure easy retrieval and reference for future projects or revisions.
- **Quality Control**: Performing quality checks on drawings to identify errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies and ensuring adherence to project standards and guidelines.
- **Staying Updated**: Keeping abreast of advancements in AutoCAD software and related technologies to enhance proficiency and efficiency in creating technical drawings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in AutoCAD**: In-depth knowledge and expertise in using AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D technical drawings and models.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of engineering principles, drafting techniques, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and industry-specific standards and codes.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in creating drawings with precise measurements, dimensions, and annotations.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, interpret technical requirements, and convey information clearly and concisely.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to analyze complex problems, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions to optimize drawing processes and improve efficiency.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Education and Experience**: A degree or diploma in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required. Previous experience working as an AutoCAD designer or drafter in a relevant industry is often preferred.
