Gcc Payroll Processor

We are currently looking for a Payroll executive who will be leading the payroll strategy, systems, and administrations for all GCC subsidiaries. As a Payroll executive, you will be directly reporting to the HR Manager based in Corporate Office, Dubai.
Accountabilities:
- Develop payroll strategy and operating model within the context of an evolving HR Shared Services model and provide tactical direction to the Payroll team in Hyderabad.
- Drive appropriate consistent processes across GCC Services and coordinate efforts towards process standardization.
- Leverage technology and spearhead the migration of all manual HR payroll/employee administration processes to automated processes
- Oversee the preparation of payroll-related documents and direct payroll team workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Own oversight of all GCC subsidiaries' payroll to ensure compliance with all corporate and country-specific policies and procedures as well as to support regulatory and labor law compliance.
- Provide audit and oversight to the team's activities, system and processes, ensuring that pertinent internal and external compliance and government interaction standards.
- Implement and leverage technology that best fits our program and needs.
- Plan, manage and execute day-to-day payroll, with direct managerial oversight of the Payroll team
- Partner effectively with HR, IT, Finance, and other functions to ensure appropriate flow of data and reporting.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports on a regular basis and send them to Finance and selected senior management for review.
- Build partnerships and solicit feedback from internal and external business partners to define and develop successful, scalable processes and practices.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2 years as Payroll executive or similar role
- SAP HR Payroll Software experience is a must
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
- MS Excel - advanced level
- Excellent team working skills
- Ability to critically review documentation
- Methodical, process orientated and highly organized
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Problem solving ability
- Flexible with a can-do attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,514.45 - ₹40,795.66 per month
