Job Title: Vidyaondemand Sales Agent

Job Summary: As a Vidyaondemand sales agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospects, and closing sales for the Vidyaondemand products and services. You will also provide customer service and support to the existing and potential customers. You will work on a commission basis, meaning that you will earn a percentage of the first year’s fee of the customers that you enroll.

Job Responsibilities:

- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the Vidyaondemand products and services to the potential customers, and answer their queries and objections
- Persuade and convince the potential customers to enroll in the Vidyaondemand products and services, and collect the payment and the necessary documents
- Follow up with the customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention, and to cross-sell or upsell other Vidyaondemand products and services
- Maintain and update the customer database and the sales records, and report the sales performance and the feedback to the management
- Attend the training sessions and the meetings to learn about the new and existing Vidyaondemand products and services, and the sales techniques and strategies
- Keep abreast of the market trends, the customer needs, and the competitive activities in the online education industry

Job Requirements:

- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is required. Experience in the online education industry is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills are required. Proficient in using computers, the internet, and social media platforms are required. Knowledge of the Vidyaondemand products and services, and the online education industry is preferred.
- Personality: Self-motivated, result-oriented, customer-focused, and team player are required. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn are preferred.
- Other: A smartphone and a laptop are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,489.92 per month
