**Reports To: Senior Physiotherapist**

**Job Purpose**:To provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, helping them to recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve their physical health and wellness.

**Key Responsibilities:

**1.**Evaluate patients' physical abilities, limitations, and goals, using medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging.

**2**.Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating physical therapy techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and electrical stimulation.

**3.** Implement treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy to patients and instructing them on home exercise programs.

**4**.Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as needed, taking into consideration patients' physical abilities, goals, and response to therapy.

**5**.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

**6.**Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports, documenting treatments, progress, and outcomes.

**7.**Stay up-to-date with new developments and best practices in physiotherapy, continuing education and training opportunities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid state licensure to practice physiotherapy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform hands-on therapy with patients
- Passion for helping people improve their health and well-being
