Mohali Punjab, India Tech Pumpkin Inc. Full time

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. You will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including online research, networking events, and cold calling.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with potential clients, answer their queries, and guide them through the sales process.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports on business development progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Internship or any prior experience in sales or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the IT market.

Pay: ₹9,664.38 - ₹20,000.82 per month
