Vmc Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision parts and components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up VMC machines according to the specifications provided, including loading and securing raw materials, tools, and fixtures.
- Program and adjust VMC machines using CNC controls for efficient and accurate machining operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or errors, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of VMC machines to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs on VMC machines to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members, including production managers, engineers, and quality control personnel, to optimize production processes and achieve production goals.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- ITI, High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a VMC Operator.
- Proficient in using CNC controls and programming VMC machines.
- Sound knowledge of reading technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Basic understanding of machining principles and tools used in VMC operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on VMC machines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
