**Key Responsibilities**- The
- **Digital Marketing Expert **will be responsible for supporting Velocity customers to build business on ECOM platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Cred, Meesho, etc:- Business Development - Understands process to go live on ECOM platforms-
- Marketing - Drives launch and visibility of products to get sales-
- Partner with velocity customers to build/ grow business on ECOM platforms and Own websites-
- Perform experiments with key portfolio companies and develop growth strategies and hacks-
- Drives commission rebate and visibility linked conversations with ECOM platforms for velocity customers-
- Understands nuances of platform to scale growth - importance of events, product ranking, etc-
- Research and provide inputs on relevant SKUs and process to build winners for the platform-
- Establish partnerships with platforms to enable fast support and scaling to velocity customers-
- Develop ready reckoner guides & content for portfolio members-
- SEO strategy for D2C businesses for their websites-
- Ad spend strategy for different industries across platforms and avenues- Identify funnel metrics for Online businesses and establish benchmarks by industry and by channel

**KPI**- Revenue growth of velocity customers on ECOM platforms- Increase in loan size to existing customers due to scale up on ECOM platforms

**Skill Sets**- Understanding of ECOM platform space - catalog, keyword research, sorting, browse versus search, etc-
- Ability to audit seller platforms for insights and recommendations-
- Strong interpersonal skills-
- Business understanding of revenue, commission, logistics, returns, etc and implication on profitability-
- Prior experience of managing brands on ECOM platforms-
- Created a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan - Developed and managed digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.-
- Managed budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment-
- Ensured successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid channels (Google,facebook,youtube)-
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.-
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Digital Marketing in with B2C companies (mandatory)-
- Minimum of 2-3 years' specialised experience in Performance Marketing (mandatory)- Experience in SQL / Tableau/ google analytics is added advantage
