**Job description**
As a Registry Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the documentation and records associated with customer transactions, working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee the entire registry process for customers who purchase plots through our company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relevant documentation and transactions.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with real estate regulations and laws.
- Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through the registry process and address any inquiries.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to facilitate a smooth handover of customer information for registry purposes.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to customer registries.
**Requirements**:
- **Must be graduated**:
- 6 months of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be well versed with Hindi Typing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
