SELCO Foundation is looking for an agency to provide the following communications services for its various programmes and campaigns. The SELCO Foundation would require these services for a period of four months.

- Workstream 1: Conceptualisation and strategy support- Branding/Marketing, Strategy Sessions and Framework Development- Two sessions, research, focus group and the framework guide document development- 1- Conceptualisation, Ideation or brainstorming for an event/campaign- Brainstorming Session with MM creative team- 1- Workstream 2: Designing- Conceptual Presentation PPT/Google Slide- 15-20 slides, illustrations & advanced graphic work- 1- Regular Presentation PPT/Google Slide- Upto 12 slides, layout and designing- 5- Pitch Presentation PPT/Google Slide- Upto 15 slides layout and designing- 2- Visual Aid/ Process Graphic Digitally Illustrated- Design- 1- Basic Report Layout & Design- Upto 24 pages- 1- Long Report Layout & Design- 24 to 40 pages- 1- Annual Report Layout & Design- 40-60 pages- 1- Social Media Post Graphical- Copy and Design (Set of 5)- 2- Workstream 3: Web and Digital- Social Media Campaign- Targeted thematic social media campaign across SM platforms- 1- Workstream 4: Content & Translation- Proofreading- Proofreading of content- 1- Workstream 5: Audio Visuals- Testimonial Videos- Testimonial videos of clients, funders, beneficiary, govt officials etc. either shot or edited from existing footage- 5- Training Videos- Training video or manual videos- 5- Explainer Videos- For 6 minutes of explainer video- 5- Web AMC for three months- Annual maintenance of the website, troubleshooting and updates- 2Besides this consultant is required to have a weekly review with the SELCO Foundation and attend monthly in-person reviews at the SELCO office. Submit quarterly reports on progress.
The consultant should be able to handle multiple rounds of changes to creatives as well as deliver creatives on short notice.
