**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Support and Coordination**
- **Assist Sales Team**: Support the sales team by managing sales schedules, processing orders, and tracking sales leads.
- **Prepare Quotes**: Create and issue quotes and proposals for customers based on the information provided by the sales team and technical specifications.
- **Order Processing**: Manage the order processing system from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. **Customer Relationship Management**
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and address any issues or concerns.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers on pending orders, quotations, and other requests to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.

3. **Administrative Duties**
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details in the company’s CRM or ERP system.
- **Reporting**: Generate sales reports and performance metrics for review by the sales team and management.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and organize sales meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.

4. **Sales Process Management**
- **Track Sales Leads**: Monitor and track sales leads and opportunities, ensuring they are followed up on promptly.
- **Manage Documentation**: Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and other related documentation.
- **Support Sales Campaigns**: Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

5. **Communication and Collaboration**
- **Liaise with Departments**: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address any cross-functional issues.
- **Internal Communication**: Facilitate communication between the sales team and management, ensuring that all relevant information is shared effectively.

6. **Customer Feedback and Improvement**
- **Collect Feedback**: Gather customer feedback on products and services to identify areas for improvement.
- **Implement Improvements**: Work with the sales team and management to implement changes based on customer feedback and market trends.

7. **Inventory and Logistics**
- **Track Inventory**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

8. **Market and Product Knowledge**
- **Product Information**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
- **Market Trends**: Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities to provide relevant insights to the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial company.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or ERP software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Environment**: Office-based with occasional site visits or travel as required.
- **Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
