**Role: Delivery Driver - for Account and Purchase Departments**

**Required Bike and Car Driving Experience**

**Ready for Field Work**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Timely Deliveries**:

- Deliver financial documents, invoices, and statements to clients, vendors, and other relevant parties within established timelines.
- Transport purchased goods and supplies between suppliers and the office.

2. **Route Planning**:

- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure the efficient use of time and resources.
- Familiarize yourself with local routes and traffic patterns.

3. **Documentation**:

- Maintain and hand-over accurate and organized records of deliveries, receipts, and signatures.
- Collaborate with the Account and Purchase Departments to ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Provide exceptional service, especially when delivering financial documents or handling purchases.

4. **Adherence to Regulations**:

- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and regulations governing the transportation of financial and purchased goods.

5. **Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with the Account and Purchase Departments to update them on delivery statuses and address any issues promptly.

6. **Problem-Solving**:

- Demonstrate resourcefulness in overcoming delivery challenges such as traffic delays or unexpected obstacles.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve delivery-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- **Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.**:

- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a role involving the transportation of financial documents or purchased goods.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to lift and carry packages as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Bike & Car driving: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- LMV License (required)
