**JOB PROFILE**

At Billed Right, an Admin Associate is responsible for providing administrative support in day-to-day operations of the organization.

**SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The job duties may include but are not limited to:
2. Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

3. Maintaining and updating the company's database, records, and files.

4. Preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.

5. Managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment.

6. Assisting with the preparation and distribution of invoices and bills.

7. Managing petty cash and handling financial transactions.

8. Assisting with HR duties, such as recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping.

9. Providing general administrative support to all departments in the organization.

10. Undertaking research and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of one-year experience in Admin operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

**Salary**: From ₹13,000.00 per month
