**Experience**:

- Maximum 3-4 years of Experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in Resort
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as housekeeping or supervisory experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.

- **Staff Supervision**: Oversee and manage housekeeping staff, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to cleaning standards to maintain a pristine resort environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and control the supply of cleaning materials, linens, and amenities, ensuring efficient usage and timely replenishment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce cleaning protocols to uphold high cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service to enhance overall team performance.
- **Scheduling**: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, especially during peak times, while optimizing efficiency and minimizing labor costs.
- **Guest Relations**: Address guest concerns and requests promptly, maintaining a guest-centric focus to enhance the overall resort experience.
- **Budget Oversight**: Assist in budget preparation and control expenses related to housekeeping operations, finding cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare regular reports on housekeeping performance, including cleanliness scores, staff productivity, and any maintenance issues, for management review and decision-making.
