Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pharmaceutical inventory, including tracking stock levels and expiry dates.
- Implement efficient inventory control measures to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- **Storage and Handling**:

- Ensure proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products, considering factors such as temperature, humidity, and light sensitivity.
- Implement and maintain a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to manage product shelf life effectively.
- Monitor and enforce security measures to safeguard pharmaceutical inventory against theft or unauthorized access.
- **Receipt and Dispatch**:

- Receive incoming pharmaceutical shipments, verifying the accuracy of the received goods against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies in shipments or damaged goods.
- Organize and oversee the dispatch of pharmaceutical products to various departments or external customers.
- **Quality Compliance**:

- Ensure that all pharmaceutical products are stored and handled in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Storage Practice (GSP) guidelines.
- Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to implement and maintain quality standards in the storage and handling of pharmaceuticals.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and any relevant discrepancies.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical inventory management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP, and GSP.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
