Solve QC issues
check spare products before shipment
Need to maintain a spare inventory
Service
Figure out the root cause of the problem
provide a solution for the problem
Service QC machines
Chip level understanding
Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
Installation
Need to know to assemble and disassemble all the products
If needed uninstall machines and to fulfill the spare need
Need to install at customer place if required
Tech support
Provide technical information about service to the customer care team

**Skillsets required**:
Basic understanding of the mechanical structure
Service knowledge
MS Excell
problem-solving attitude
communication skills both written and speaking in English

**Qualifications & Experience Required/Preferred**:
Need to complete Diploma in EEE/ Mechanical or equivalent degree
Experience in service is preferable

**Bonus Skills/Qualifications**:
Chip level service

**Immediate Performance Metrics**:
Need to understand product parts functionality
Performance in a way to solving the issue
The handle of components and spares
Take responsibility and dedication in learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
