Genetic Councelor

**Scope of Work**

To promote & deliver diagnostic services of reproductive genomic segment and management of KOLs (FOGSI, Fetal Medicine).

**Here is What You Will Do**
- Communication with doctors for a better understanding of reports and genetic testing options in Reproductive genomics
- Providing consultation regarding personal genomics testing for walk-in patients.
- Provide pre-test genetic counselling to evaluate the requirements of the family.
- Educating families and providers about various genetic testing options and facilitating informed decisions about genetic testing.
- Interpretation of test reports and discussion with clinical and technical teams.
- Provide post-test genetic counselling and help in understanding the prognosis of the disorder of the affected individual and its implications on the family.
- Carry out a risk assessment for future pregnancies and offer carrier-testing options if required.
- Sensitizing healthcare professionals and clinicians about the need and utility of genetic testing and counselling.
- Offer premarital/preconception genetic counselling to a couple planning a family.
- Analyse, correlate, interpret, and make genetic testing reports.
- Invite National conferences & and CMEs to engage with consulting Doctors
- Promotion of new tests and technologies
- Monthly & and quarterly reviews to be conducted to review the performance KPIs

**What Are We Looking In You**
- **Experience**: 2-5 yrs of experience in healthcare and genetic counselling
- **Qualification**: Life Science Graduate, genetic counsellor certification

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
