As a Food Technologist heading our premium tea products, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, quality, and market success of our specialized tea offerings. Your role will encompass managing, coordinating, and spearheading sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Innovate and oversee the creation of premium tea blends, ensuring the highest quality and taste profiles.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality standards throughout the production process, from sourcing to packaging.
Sales & Marketing: Devise effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our premium tea products, identifying market opportunities and driving business growth.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production, sales, and marketing efforts for optimal results.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in the food industry, preferably in tea or beverage manufacturing.
Proficiency in food quality technologies and understanding of production processes.
Strong managerial and coordination skills to lead a team and collaborate across departments.
Willingness to travel as needed to oversee production, meet clients, and explore new markets.
Dynamic, confident, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for the food industry.
Location: Kochi, Kerala

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
