Collection Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating on payment collection efforts with Accounts, Sales, and the Legal Department.
- Developing payment collection strategies and plans.
- Contacting clients to enact and negotiate payment recovery.
- Ensuring the history of clients as down defaulters, including Credit Bureau information, background checks, and loan documents.
- Preventing repeated payment delinquency by negotiating manageable payments.
- Negotiating settlements to receive payment on a certain percentage of the payment.
- Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid.
- Initiate necessary legal in all default case as referred by collection team
- Manage & execute further proceedings in all legal cases in result-oriented manner.
- Maintain and publish MIS & reports on the activities up to stage and date wise.
- Ensure that all cases allocated to external agencies are properly represented & leading the matters appropriately.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- B.Com + L.L.B will be preferred
- Should possess exceptional knowledge of accounting
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as collection agent or in charge
- Experience in legal field (preferably in Collection) will be an advantage
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Experience in developing and enacting payment recovery plans and strategies to prevent losses.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans.
- Ability to collaborate on payment collection efforts with other departments and institutions.
- Experience in tracking down defaulters by searching available databases and records.
- Exceptional recordkeeping and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
