Lab Technician

**Job Description: Lab Technician (Accession Head)**

Position Overview**:SHOULD BE EXPERIENCE IN ACCESSION DEPARTMENT, REPORTING AND PROCESSING ALSO. **We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lab Technician to join our team as an Accession Head. As an Accession Head, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely processing of specimens and samples. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the accessioning process, coordinating the intake, tracking, and documentation of samples in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Manage Accessioning Process: Oversee the intake and accessioning of samples, ensuring proper identification, labelling, and documentation. Coordinate with laboratory staff to prioritize and track samples throughout the process.

2.Quality Control: Perform quality checks on accessioned samples, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

3.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of accessioned samples, including patient information, test requests, and sample status. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

4.Equipment and Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory of accessioning supplies, ensuring an adequate stock at all times. Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering and delivery of necessary equipment and materials.

**work time** : Rotational shift between 7 am to 10 pm
**weekly off**: Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
