**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Data Administrator with strong experience in data management to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting project to establish a centralized repository or 'golden source' of loan data on the LoanIQ platform. You will be responsible for overseeing data entry, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the migration process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the administration and entry of loan data for the LoanIQ platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support data cleansing efforts, identifying and correcting data discrepancies before migration into the centralized repository.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality standards are met, reducing operational risk.
- Assist with the integration of loan data into the 'golden source' repository,
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of data in accordance with project timelines, aiming for completion by 31/03/2024.
- Maintain accurate documentation for data administration processes to ensure transparency and future maintainability.
- Provide ongoing administrative support for data integrity and assist in production support matters when necessary.
- Liaise with team members and line management to prioritize work and adhere to agreed data handling standards.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in data administration, particularly within data entry, data cleansing, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Familiarity with financial data management, especially within loan data or similar financial systems like LoanIQ.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members to meet data project requirements.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing data administration tasks.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with Oracle & SQL Server in Unix and Windows environments.
- Understanding of data migration and integration processes.
- Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements within financial services.
