Ecommerce Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter who find and attract qualified applicants for open positions.
Review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and do intital screening. Take ownership and be accountable for your responsibilities. Should be hardworking and open to learning with excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the department managers to understand the job roles, their requirements and compose attractive job descriptions.
Active involvement in Employee Onboarding and Training Process
Ad-hoc office admin duties.

**Requirements**:
Must have good knowledge of Ecommerce field.
Excellent CV screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sound knowledge of using collaborating software (Click up, Microsoft 365 etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
