Job Title: Marketing Executive Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and engagement. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. 2. Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including, social media, and traditional advertising. 3. **Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, social media posts, and newsletters. 4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends. Analyze competitor activity and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies. 5. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure that all marketing communications align with brand guidelines and messaging. 6. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and clients. 7. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively. 8. Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities. Ensure that events are executed successfully and meet objectives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Prior experience in the industry or sector related to the company's products/services is a plus. Salary:

- Salary range: INR 12,000 - INR 18,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
