QA Tester

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team to help identify and fix issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects and other issues.
- Document and track defects and issues in a defect tracking system.
- Participate in the development and improvement of software testing processes and procedures.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of software releases.
- Provide regular reports to the project team and management on the status of testing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, preferably in a QA role.
- Experience with test automation and testing tools.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and grey-box testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
