Farm Incharge

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations.
- Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
- Handling the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm like fruit, vegetables and etc.
- Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery.
- Analyzing existing operations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents.
- Understand and follow certified organic production guidelines.

**Required skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture.
- A passion for agriculture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills.
- Greater commitment to organic farming.
- Willing to travel to the farm.
- Ability to drive two wheelers and four wheelers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
